In this lesson, we will discuss how advances in technology and research are finding more effective ways to intentionally improve our mindset and mental well-being. You learn about the intersection of psychology, neurology and contemplative practice and how you can apply it to your life.

To reduce stress and improve performance, you must master two things: self awareness & self  regulation. Fortunately, these are mastered by the only two things you can control – your thoughts & your breath. In this mod, we understand the mental processes driving all your decisions and actions to create for you a space between stimulus and thought.

When you wake up in the morning, there are only two options; the day controls you, or you control the day. Building resiliency is the key to turning challenges into success. Routines and habits that you do in the morning and throughout the day is how you do that.
We live in a world that is designed to capture and sabotage our time, cause us to feel stressed, lower our self-esteem, and negatively affect our overall happiness and well-being. The good news – there is a solution. Having the ability to be present.
We live in the most stimulating time in human history. The demands on our time and attention are relentless. Thankfully, focus is a trainable skill. Here, we learn how to intentionally and strategically improve focus.
In this lesson, you learn what causes lack of confidence and self-esteem. We will discuss strategies to help you avoid the effects of sensationalism in modern-day media and protect your self-esteem from outside influences that jeopardize confidence.
Our brains are wired with a negativity bias; a survival mechanism that dates back thousands of years. Here, you learn how to overcome that bias with an attitude of gratitude that has massive positive effects on our lives and those around us.
The key to a Steady Mind is being present and in control of any situation. This lesson instructs how to identify your emotional state and utilize self-awareness and self-regulation techniques to keep you present.
The key to all of this is putting solid routines and habits in place to help maintain a Steady Mind. Here, we tie it all together to make these foundational skills a daily part of your personal and professional life.
